Musical influences. Probably done while watching MTV or MuchMusic
(Canadian music channel). At the top are some images inspired by
Pink Floyd's The Wall. The scribbles on the right are Royston Langdon,
lead singer of Spacehog, from the months I had the infectious "Mungo
City" stuck in my head. The rockstar on the bottom left is one of the
first in my series/infatuation with rock stars. He is always
[pretensiously] drawn in my image (this was when my hair was shoulder
length). He is the generic rockstar: confident, fashionable,
charismatic, sexy, flamboyant, outspoken, passionate yet easy-going,
admired by guys and adored by girls. This is I guess a lofty ideal I
strive for, and I wholeheartedly plan on becoming Rockstar. He is to
me the modern-day comic book superhero. Except that Rockstar is a
conceivably attainable status.
