| The McClung River. The Bristol Bay Tides go from -20 to +20 and this river is effected 20 something miles up from the Bay. When the tide is full, you can zip up this river at 60 knots(we had a pretty quick skiff, overpowered as only Chuck and Joe can do). When Empty, you couldn't even drift out. With 12 Hour tides you have to plan your midnight fishing trips well, or sleep in the skiff. |
