Update! Work has been completed on the final draft of GWSH II. The copy is undergoing final independent proofing. The release date has yet to be confirmed, but is looking like end of Fall 2009. The relevant Spearhead rules have been incorporated into GWSH II. Three new scenarios have been created too, details to follow. The rules-by-year table will make it much easier to know how to customise GWSH II by year and by theatre. The artillery supplement has been included as well. Definitely worth the wait!

Great news! The next version of Great War Spearhead is in the final stages of preparation. GWSH II will be a set of stand alone rules. Spearhead will no longer be required if you only want the challenges of the Great War. The core rules will remain the same but will include many changes and additions. TO&E's are being expanded and made more accurate, reflecting the most up-to-date research. The Japanese Army will be included for example. Expect additional scenarios too, along with an expanded optional rules section and the inclusion of TO&Es for the Russo-Japanese War.
