-Prioritize your goals and develop a time line for your short-term goals.
-Decide what kinds of skills might help you achieve your long-term goals and how you might acquire those skills.
-Follow through on your plan for a period of at least two months. At the end of this time, evaluate your progress and your time lines. What have you learned?
