1 cup pecans, ground
1 cup confectioners sugar
3 TBS light corn syrup
1 1/2 TBS cocoa
1/2 cup bourbon or rum
Mix ingredients thoroughly and shape into balls the size of an English walnut. Roll in confectioners sugar, store in airtight container.
