INGREDIENTS | |||||||||||||||
3 3/4 cups flour 5 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 cup margarine 2 1/2 cups (10 oz.) shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cups milk 2 eggs, beaten |

DIRECTIONS | |||||||||||||||
Combine dry ingredients; cut in margarine until mixture resembles course crumbs. Add combined milk and eggs, mixing just until moistened. Spoon into greased and floured 9X5 inch loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 1 hour. Remove from pan immediately, serve warm. To reheat, wrap several slices in foil, bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 5-7 minutes until warm. |
