PASTA DELIGHT
This recipe comes to you courtesy of Aunt Mary, who seems to be running neck to neck with Uncle Keith as to who prepares the best Italian dishes. In Aunt Mary's favor, she's an experienced caterer. In Uncle Keith's favor, he's an educator, and is accustomed to presenting a convincing case for himself. Tell you what... try them all, and then let me know on the message board who gets your vote!
INGREDIENTS AND DIRECTIONS
Fry one pound of bacon crisply. Boil 4 eggs.
Cook together for 10 - 15 minutes:
2 or 3 TBS of olive oil
1 cup mushrooms
1 onion, chopped
4 chicken bouillon cubes
1 1/2 cups water
1 cup white wine
salt
pepper
1 tsp parsley

Add bacon, egg yolks, and one cup of parmesan cheese, ladle over pasta of your choice. Serve with Italian bread and salad.
