| Agility is like a visit to the Amusement park for dogs, it provides a great outlet for extra energy and it is a fun way to spend time with your favorite dog. In it's competitive form, Agility is the up and coming dog sport(watch for it on the Outdoor Life Network, at least once a week or more) in which dogs run a maze of obstacles and compete for speed and accuracy. Racing against the clock, dogs jump through tires, zip through tunnels, scale a 6.3 foot tall A-frame, run a "narrow" dog walk, see-saws, weave poles, and sail over a wide variety of challenging hurdles- all at amazing speed! |
