i) Questions not receiving answer for 72 hours to be closed automatically after sending a mailer warning to the person stating your question has not received votes for the past 48 hours so invite people to vote, if this does not receive polling with next 24 hours poll will be closed.

(or) ask him to type the question id.htm and give a link to this page.
