You walk into a nicely kept courtyard on the outside of the fort, surrounded by a small, wicker fence. Beautiful flowers of many kinds grow here: dasies, columbine, violets, and many other types you've never seen before. All seems calm here; the only movement you can see comes from a group of mice down at one end, picking flowers for decorations.
There is a small door near you, which apparently seems to lead into Fort Haven. Off to another side you spot a small path, almost completely covered by plants growing in the courtyard.
Also by you is a young squirrel, who is smiling and standing by a flourishing vegetable garden. You think that maybe you should go and check it out.
