You arrive at the main gates to the fort. The squirrel that waved at you comes down from the parapet.
"Hello, traveler," she says. "My name is Arrowear, the head archer for Fort Haven. Please feel free to join our Haven and take part in the multitude of adventures that take place there!"
You nod and look through the tall gates. Inside, you see many mice and squirrels walking around, doing their daily jobs. A good-looking mouse over to your right calls out to you.
"Hello, chap! Are you new to Fort Haven? If so, come over here and I'll add you to our place!"
You also see, in front of you, the open space inside the fort. From there, it seems that you can go in many directions.
