I currently hold American Society for Quality Certifications as a Technician, Engineer, Auditor and Manager and am a senior member (since 1990). I have served as a Sterling Award Examiner (FL Baldrige equivalent) and have served on the 2002, 2003 and 2005 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner Board.
