On the following pages are articles that I have written that have been profound and effective in the community that I service.  Some of them are editorials, others are research on HIV/AIDS and discrimination, but each article brought feedback, both positive and negative from the community that I live in.

I hope that you enjoy reading my history as an activist in sometimes a dual community of support and '
I should not have written that.'  But someone had to write it, and I make no apologies for the activism that I was involved in, though the people who I supposedly 'insulted' are still supporting me and my causes today.

This is my history as an AIDS activist, from starting the first newsletter for Anglophones/Allophones (
ONE VOICE) to where I am today.  It is a rich history as you read the articles that I have penned, and I have included other activists who have supported me in a diverse culture of Anglophone verses Francophone...as we lived it in the age of AIDS.

Mark Twain said:  '
The pen is mightier than the sword' and I often use my pen rather than a sword.  It is the only way we are going to obtain the changes that we desire in our world.
