Mosaik's Objectives
Mission

Country Christmas @ Camp Kinkora is a chance to experience a week-end in the country to celebrate communally the spirit of good-will which the season is meant to embody and is a 1998 project partnered by Mosaik and the Catholic Community Services, Inc. to benefit people living with HIV/AIDS who have been ostracized by their family and friends and who fond themselves alone and isolated at Christmas.
Country Christmas @ Camp Kinkora's objectives are to bring dignity and to improve the quality of life to people living with HIV/AIDS at a time when lonliness and isolation would be most experienced and to sensitize the general population of the psychological issues experienced by people living with HIV/AIDS while we are raising the necessary funds and donations for this project.
In order to achieve Mosaik's vision, our objectives and commitment are:  to support and enable people in need living with HIV/AIDS, to pursue their treatments (alternative and complementary);  to intervene and obtain goods and services to improve their living conditions; to promote home palliative care and to sensitize health care workers and people infected and affected by HIV/AIDS through conferences and eucational workshops; and to enhance the quality of lives of people living with HIV/AIDS through social and artisitc events.
