The two themes I heard from the speeches are: compassion and coexistence. Compassion is the one thing that can transform our lives at all levels. By coexistence I mean the coexistence of both people and ideas. If people have to coexist, ideas should coexist. This is the first time that I hear of Paulos Mar Gregorios. While listening to the speech of Mar Coorilos, I realized that the thought of Mar Gregorios can find room in my mind. His ideas are complementary to mine, not contradictory. |
