Description:
Heartbreaker was Mariah's first release from her album Rainbow. The video was filmed in Los Angeles on July 30 and 31.
At the beginning Mariah's wearing pink top, blue jeans, and pink barrettes and
sandals. Mariah goes to the movies with her friends and there's her boyfriend with another girl. She walks into the theater and sits four rows behind her boyfriend. Mariah and her friends start throwing popcorn at him and his girl. The girl gets up and goes to the bathroom and Mariah follows here. They have a fight there. Mariah is actually playing also the other girl, but she's wearing a black wig. Then the camera turns to the movie screen, where Mariah is in the scene of the movie "Grease" and later she's also a cartoon character... The animated part was added, because Jay-Z wasn't able to appear in the video at that time. Later, another version was released, so Jay-Z was featured in that video.
