Italian Fillet

What you need:How to do
1 lb of pork fillet
butter
1 teaspoon of salt
black pepper
chives, caprice and olives


Sauce:
1 can of tunafish in oil
1 teaspoon french mustard
1 teaspoon squeezed lemon
salt
blackpepper
1.5 coffee cup sour cream

Melt the butter in a dish in the oven att 440 F
Turn the meat in the butter, add salt and
roast in the middle of the oven for 20-25 min.

Take the meat out, wrap it in foil, let it cool off.

Mix the componenets of the sauce in a food processor
Cut the meat in thin slices. Arrange a dish, add
the sauce over the dish.

Garnish with chives, caprice and olives.
