A Greek Garlic Dressing

What you need:

1 litre of natural youhurt

1 fresh cucumber

garlic to your taste

1 tablespoon of oil

1.5 tablespoon of vinegar

and salt.

Let the yoghurt run through a straining cloth, for at least one hour.

Peel 6 inches of fresh cucumber, chop into small pieces.

Put the yoghurt in a bowl, mix everything in.

Let it rest in the frig for one hour.

Tasty to barbeque
