This is a two-disc set of demos from the Altered Beast album. The quality is quite high throughout, especially for demos. Most of the material is interesting, especially Sweet's version of 'Something's Gotta Give' on disc one, which was later covered by Velvet Crush. Many of the songs are dark and depressing, just like most of the final album. This gets a little tiresome over two CDs; however, this is a must-have for any Sweet fan.
