Guess what. We got some new art by Juan. Check it out here. I will also add some more reviews soon.
I just watched Witch Hunter Robin three times in a row. Why, you ask? Because I wanted to be able to tell you if anything was left out when if was aired on Cartoon Networks Adult Swim. When I watched the first disc of the series I felt it was good, not enough that I wanted to invest more money in purchasing more DVD's, but good enough to keep my interest. Now that its on Adult Swim, I can see the whole series practically free of charge. My experience of watching the first episode three times through in a row equaled Snoresville.
I watched the episode at 12am while it aired, then I popped in the DVD to check the original to see if there were any deviations in the televised version, then I watched it again using the tape I recorded when it aired at 12 just so I would be sure. Boy did I feel like sleeping after that. And what did I find out?... They didn't air the title opening and they sped up the credits like I figured they would. But what really surprised me is that nothing was edited out of the show. Not that I believe the show has anything that needs editing, but usually CN edits any "offensive" language out.
So that's about it, I'm waiting to see what happens in the series after the first four or five episodes I've seen. Since I'm talking about Witch Hunter Robin I am remembering that my disc has a slight problem, the first episode two or three episodes had layer issues. (I assume it was the layers) When it reaches the second half of each episode it becomes jittery while the audio still plays normal. First time I saw the problem I thought it was an effect. Oh well.

I wonder if I have anything to rant about. Reality TV, that's an idea I've been mulling over. I hate most reality TV shows. They aren't real. The only reality I ever see in these shows is that people like to fight with each other. We either see people at each others throats or jumping in bed together and later deciding they hate the other persons guts. I now see that Fox has midget/dwarf version of The Bachelor. Midgets and dwarves are people too and they are capable of making their own decisions about whether or not to appear on TV but all I see is FOX trying to gain viewers by turning reality TV into an even bigger freakshow. It's like FOX is saying look here... we have people who are short... see our circus side-show that's disguised as something nice.

Although I'd like to rant right now, I can't, gotta go sleep so I will be all bright and cheery for work tomorrow. I guess that's something... sleep... What's with that? I fall asleep, and when I wake up the next day I can't remember the nice sleep I had. One of the most relaxing things we can experience as a human-being and we miss it. It's the whole "You snooze you lose thing." (pun intended) Oh well.
