Pricing by Functional Description

40	Creative or functional design meetings	Creative meetings among design members or design members and client. Meetings are required to have printed agendas with start-stop times and list of attendees. Results of creative or functional designs and related completion criteria must be approved by client signature before additional billable work is assigned.
30 or bid	Art (static) concept creation	Creation of original art, compilation, clip or clipart acquisition. May include animated GIF format. Note: Copyrighted material may incur additional costs plus admin and tracking or royalties or renewals.
40 or bid	Animation, Flash, Shockwave, Virtual Reality (VR), streaming video, webcam, 3D CGI, or other special effects as technologies become available.	Same as Art concept creation with the exception that advanced technologies are involved that require specialized skills, equipment or materials.
30	Art finalization	Preparation of client approved art into final display or presentation form . May also include simple digital photography not requiring special setup or location.
Bid	Photo, video, scanning, digitizing, audio recording services	Photography with complex setup, video or audio recording, studio editing and mixing
40	Normal code and test	Physical page creation including finished and approved images and copy text. May include standard functions or plugin functions of page creation software, requiring little or no post function cleanup or alteration.
45	Premium code and test	Physical page creation including advanced functions, database access, forms, scripts.
20	Normal site maintenance	Text, ad or promo changes. No format, template or graphic changes.
80	Premium site maintenance	Alterations to more complex functions as described under Premium code and test.
80	Site aquisition services	Contact and acquire server spaces (including fee or free site spaces), site address, DSN verify, backup/restore procedures and other admin duties as required.
2x	Urgent-Off hours regular or premium maintenence	No guarantee of availability.
3x	Urgent-Holiday hours premium maintenence	No guarantee of availability.
No charge	Warrantee-Normal or premium site maintenance	Typographical errors, image appearence or other formatting problems not authorized by the client, will be corrected at the earliest possible opportunity during regular business hours.
20	Promotional services	Submit index requests to search engines, banner display services (fee or free types)

Payment Terms

Fifty percent payable at inception of work.
Balance due at completion and acceptance of approved work.

Conditions

Customer agrees to pay for services and products created delivered in good faith on behalf of the customer.
Company (Gremark) agrees to provide services and products in good faith to benefit the customer as agreed in writing.
Billable work should be approved by customer or limited (not to exceed) by customer before work begins.
Company retains the full ownership of all art, software, products or intellectual property until Customer pays in full for all art, software, products or intellectual property when it then becomes the sole property of the Customer.
