Hello fellow Gretzky fans. It was a sad day when Wayne put up his skates for the last time. Hockey lost yet another in a list of "The Greatest Players That Ever Played". I am a "wannabe" hockey nut, never learning to skate (which is rare when you live in Ontario),but played as a great road hockey goaltender (Ken Dryden/Jacque Plante copycat)in my youth. I introduced to and encouraged my two boys through their years in the game, allowing them to play out my "missed years" for me. Not being a demanding parent by any means, but guiding and encouraging them along the path. The oldest boy is on to bigger and better things (cars & girls) but my youngest boy still lives out the dream for stardom for the time being. I am an avid Gretzky collector (fianances providing), trying in vain to collect every card ever made of the "Great One". Any help in this endeavor is always greatly appreciated. My Gretzky Card Needlist

My main hobbies in this point of my life is the guidance of my children down the right path through life, being a devoted husband to my loving wife, and finally, the endless pursuit of collecting Gretzky memorabilia while not sending our family into fianancial ruin. Any help is always more than greatly appreciated.

As a father of two boys, my days are an endless adventure. As mentioned in the "About Me', the oldest boy keeps the wife and myself busy with "Cars & Chicks". Just receiving his licence, I think he has put 2000 km. on his Civic in one week. The young boy can hardly wait for the day he has a job so he "can buy a car too". That's when the hair will stop turning gray and just fall out!!! My friends think I'm nuts, collecting everything I see of Gretzky, but then admire the shelves of stuff I do have. Friends of my two boys shake their heads, but still stand and look over everything I have as well. The wife...that's another story...for a rainy day.
