runs 1st to 12th July 2002.
9 a.m. till 3 p.m. each day.

WHEN?
Monday till Friday, 9 a.m. till 3 p.m. 23rd September to 4th October, 2002.

WHAT TO DO
Children must be enrolled to ensure a place, as numbers are limited. Parents must fill out an information sheet and consent form on enrolment. Parents must sign their children in with the programme supervisor when dropping off, and sign out when collecting. Children are not permitted to leave the Centre during programme times.

WHAT TO BRING
Please ensure that your child has a spare change of clothing, a warm jumper / jacket, hat and shoes, lunch, and a drink bottle. If your child does not have shoes, they will not be permitted to attend trips.

MEDICAL CONDITIONS AND ALLERGIES
must be reported and recorded with the programme supervisor. If your child requires regular medication, this must accompany the child each day.

PRICE?
$15 per day, 9 a.m. -- 3 p.m. This includes all trip costs and morning and afternoon tea. The School Holiday Programme is OSCAR-certificated (Out-of-School Care & Recreation), and so parents are often entitled to a reimbursement of your fees. Please inquire for the necessary forms to fill in. Early drop-off 8 a.m. – $2.50 extra. Late pick-up 5 p.m. – $2.50 extra.

Pre-payment is preferred. This can be posted or paid in person at the office. Cheques to be made out to the Grey Lynn Community Centre.
