1/23/05 - so another Sunday night is upon me. Decent weekend. Friday night I went down to Bob's place with HAND folk. Good times. We ended up getting snowed in so I spent the night on a coach. But really it was cool. Got back to campus around noonish. Unfortuantly missed Maus, Rich and Andy's ski trip but as is life. Saturday I did a little homework, took a nap and went to the pool. Then the big shit alley party was here saturday night. I hung out in Will's room for the early evening and then came back here like maybe 10:45ish. The party was busted soon after and everyone was pretty much cleared out by say 11:30. I went back over to Fisher and played video games. Old school N64 biatch. Then Sunday, today, I did homework, went to HAND practice, Blue Beavers game. Talked to my parents. Did more homework, watched a little TV and am gonna go to mass in like 5 minutes. Beyond that I don't think much else is going on. I notice other people tend to rant more and do more than simply list the occurance of their day. I guess I'm just boring. Also new pics up here from the Globetrotters game Friday night.
1/20/05 - So I'm sitting in physics right now. I don't know why I come to class. Oh well. The prof is trying show us some demo. He keeps messing it up though. This is my life. YAY! He got it. So I'm gonna head to Bob's house tonight for a HA party. Maus was talking about going skiing tommorow. Haven't heard specifics though so well see about that. Gonna be a big shit alley party tommorow night. The Globetrotters are coming tonight for a show/game. I'm gonna usher that and basically get payed to watch the globetrotters. Yeah I rule. What else is happening? Had my counseling session with Lt. Bonakdar this morning. Found out I'm 16 out of 32 in the battalion. I'm pretty happy with that. For failing my PRT thats not bad I figure. Click Here this is a hilarious site. I'm not entirely sure it's not a joke. But either way you will come close to crapping your self. Anyway I'm out. Later
1/19/05 - Little tip for anyone out there who is as stupid as I am. If you use Microsoft Outlook to manage your e-mail like I did. Even though it says "downloading message" it doesn't actually download the message to storage on your computer. It's still stored on webmail. I learned this yesterday when I cleared out my webmail storage and ended up deleting every E-mail I ever recieved on my account...... whoops. Oh well life goes on, what are you gonna do? I guess the Globetrotters are gonna be playing a game here this weekend. I think I'll go to that. Not something you get to see everyday. Other than that not tons going on. I need to get over to the bookstore and pick up my books for this new stupid poly sci class. On another note. Everyone I know is jumping on the live journal/Xanga/Blog band wagon. I stand firm in my insistants of keeping my website different even though it really is just more work and hassle. I don't care! I'm an old coot. Stuck in my ways. Why back in my day you had to insert break line tages. none of this hitting return nonsesne. Dang kids got it easy. Don't appreciate what you have. *old man mumbling and muttering* *Slowly fall asleep in a rocking chair while still gripping about dang teenagers with their rock and roll and "MTV".........
1/18/05 - So my advisor says my 15.5 hours doesn't count as a full load. So he made me pick up another class. So now I'm taking American Politics or something. I dunno all we did today was watch a movie so can't really judge the class. This of course means I get to buy more books. Joy. So beyond that joyfullness what else is happening? Had PT this morning. I woke up at 1, 3:30, 4, 5:15 and 5:40 before I finally got up at 5:50. PT wasn't actually so bad. We were over in the JACC which was kinda weird but eh whatever. Have drill tommorow morning. trying to decide if I want to get lunch or not. hopefully I can finish math or something today to. Sigh there goes my nap. There showing the godfather downstairs tonight.... oooh I think they said free food to. Might not be so bad I guess. Any I'm gonna try to get a little done. Peace
1/17/05 - Dammnit I screwed up my update again. Some how yesterday's crap got erased. Sigh. Basically friday went to La Fun, Vince won a camera at the pool competition. Ran into Maria, Chris, Carol, Floyd and others. Saturday sat around and went to Applebess's then hung out here with Will, Ron, Josh, Katy Claire, Matt and John. Good times. Sunday = HA practice, Blue beavers video, Blue Beavers game, more sitting around. and so far monday = class, falling asleep in class and useless engineering lectures. New Pics up here
1/14/05 - I only have a few minutes before EG 112. Been a good couple days. Classes have started up and seem to be decent for the most part. I have a dyslexic calc prof. that will be interesting. Chem seems a little better so far. Been over the pool a couple times. I'm gonna start swimming some to work out. It's a lot nicer than running all the time. But damn the pool is heavy in the chlorine. What else have I been up to. Ummm oh yeah, went to the "Late Night Catechism" show over in the DPAC. That was pretty funny. Had a great time there. Went to the stand up show last night. I thought it was good. I guess others disagree but eh. I'll admit that the last guy was pretty crappy. No real plans for the weekend yet. Guess I'll just trust in providence. HA practice starts this Sunday. Looking forward to that. Well I should probaly head to class. Adios
1/10/05 - It's starting to sink in I'm back at ND. I think it would probaly be right to say I'm back home. Most everyone in the dorm is back now. Vince came in around 3 this afternoon. I've been just hanging out most of the day. I'm gonna usher the basketball game tonight and make a few bucks. So I was about ready to kill Vince before he even got back. He left the fridge unplugged over break and left food in it. I have never smelled anything worse that that fridge. I mean I've smelled bad things. I've been to yellowstone where they have sulfer pits, I've been in football locker rooms that reek of dankness, but never have I endured anything worse than rotten chinesse food. Besides that drama nothing much has happened since I've been back. The calm before the storm I suposse :-/ I'll probaly take my camera to the game and snap a few pictures becuase I'm still photo happy with my new camera. Anyway I should probaly head out. Adios

1/8/05 - And I'm back. Got back to ND this afternoon about 4:30 this afternoon. Ran to the bookstore quick and was able to pick up most of my a stuff without messing with big rush. Ran into Talley there. Spending the night at Rachelle's until the dorms open tommorow. Probaly not gonna have much to do for the next few days cause no class monday and all Tuesday all I have is tutorial which I assume we won't have. We we and saw the Blues Brothers at the midnight movie at the cheap theaters last night. That was pretty cool. Not to often you get a chance to catch something like that on the big screen. I seem to be getting a cold damnit. Such a pain. I sposse better now than once classes and crap start. *Grumble*
1/6/05 - We rescheduled the poker game for today. Went well. I got like 6 or something. Nothing to brag about. Matt ended up winning. I won the losers game for a whopping 6 bucks. Went out to dinner with Grandma this evening. I think some folks are bowling. Good ol'e quatermania. I did most of my packing for back to school. Now I'm just chilling, thrilling, illing, like my thug self.
I have kinda mixed feelings about heading back to ND. I'm kinda looking forward to a new semester and new classes and all. On the other hand I'm not thrilled about having to study and crap again. I have no real desire to leave all my friends after getting to see them again. But on the other hand I think I might see if I don't go out for a play or maybe the ACC or something this semester now that I'm kinda used to the college lifestyle and all. Eh what are you gonna do. The glass is half full. And on that exhilirating note I'm gonna call it quits. peace.
1/5/05 - Sledding is awesome. To bad everyone has to be pussies and whine about being cold and wanting to go in. Anywhooo looks like were gonna reschedule the poker tourney for here tommorow aournd 2:30ish. Sorry for you silly folk still in high school but you have to go back to things like finals and papers. HAHAHAHAHAHA. Yeah beyond watching the price is right and shoveling thats about all I've done today. Looks like Altman's is a no go tonight. Hopefully we'll find something else to do. I'll put up sledding pics in a few. Later
1/4/05 - Ok the first update I did today doesn't appears to not have been saved. So here's a second update. update..... update update update... L yeah so I picked up a webcam. I've entered a new level of Uber nerdom. Go me. Looks like we might be going sledding tommorow if Nick cancels poker. Damn weather. anywhoo I'm out. Later
1/3/05 - Had my top two wisdom teeth out this morning. I'm feeling OK I guess under the circumstances. Haven't moved from the couch for half a day now but eh. It's really true, the stick you with the needle and you wake up and everything is done. Whatever it is they give must mess with your head. I woke up asking my mom if she wanted a car wash with her gas. so who know what I was thinking about.
Saw mean girls last night at Kathryn's house. Decent movie. Lohan is hot. Tina Fey is pretty funny. Good times hanging out with good friends. Saw lizzle for like the first time since we all left for college. That was cool. Definantly gonna be missing everyone when I head back to college. Being away from you al ll has made me really appreciate your friendship. Hopefully this isn't the Codine talking but anywho thanks guys. You are all really cool. Now I have to lay down because my head is spinning. Later
OK I got the damn pictures to work again. The first two are from the ski trip. The Third is me outside of the World Poker Store, which I thought was cool. The fourth is Christmas at my Aunt Jan's house and the last one is peter in all his nerdly glory dressed up in a cloak for the Lord of the Rings Marathon.
1/2/05 - Sigh the Damn pictures aren't showing up. I don't know why. I've come to the conclusion the internet hates me. Oh well. It's weird because I had them working yesterday. *scowl* >-0
1/1/05 - Happy 2005 all. Had a new years party last night. Was ok. Kinda sucks our plans got destroyed but eh, oh well. I'm trying to figure out this community webshots thing so I can put pictures up easier. Stay tuned for more on how that goes. Break is going well. Went up to Minnesota a few days ago with Megan and the rents. That was fun. Unfortunantly we only got to ski one day. We got rained out Thursday. Unfortunant, but again what are you gonna do? Any whooo I'm starting to look forward to getting back to ND. It's odd having "home friends" and "school friends" both of whom I enjoy being around. I look forward to seeing all my school friends again and have enjoyed everyone here at home. Thank you all
