3. To bring Americans and Indians closer to work towards mutual benefit.
4. To expose hidden policies that are opressive.
5. To unite ITES/BPO workers.
The purpose of this website is to unite agents in every call center in and around Mumbai and eventually India and to provide a platform for Whistle blowers.Call centers have No poaching agreements with each other and are united in their greed.This means that they can opress people in any manner. It is time for the agents to strike back. The BPO industry is one of the most popular professions currently for well educated and technically proficient people. Who are giving the the best part of their lives in return for a paltry sum, uncertain future and disease and sickness. Many are known to go into Drug addiction, depression because of the constant demotivation and bad working conditions.
Hardly anybody cares for the hardships we undergo and the politics that is played by the managements of call centers in India. The sick sadistic people in the management of most call centers , U.S/U.K Clients, the Government and Nasscom do nothing but enjoy the money that we make and abuse us in return. The purpose of this website is to make fellow agents aware of the games that are played on us. This website is meant to provide a platform for people to vent their anger and to expose these people.
Managers have been found to play personal politics for numerous reasons.They play personal politics in the name of work. There are people with inflated , oversized egos who consider themselves as gods. We intend to deflate them.
We also intend to create peace between the common Americans (who call us) and Indians (who answer them).
Many agents have caught the managements of Call centers playing games with agents. Prominent among them would be Wipro Spectramind and Stream Infowavz Kamala Mills. We have seen managements in call centers abuse agents as customers, play politics on the phone, spying, beating up agents , blackmail and threatening them with gangsters. These are people who are epitomes of corporate greed and their greed should end here.
If you are happy with the place that you are working at right now perhaps you are too blind or you don't care about others like you. Remember today its them, tomorrow it could be you. Don't be a part of politics even if it is in your favour.
The management has to be afraid of the agents and not the agents of the management. This website is a sincere effort in bringing forward every individual agents issues. We intend to name the people in these call centers so that other people can be aware of them .
