This report compiles a year’s worth of research, reflection and collaborative action.  Young adults—roughly ages 18-35—are leaving church (or have already left!) and are not returning.  This is not the fault of young adults!  Churches need to listen and learn so that we can be resources to the lives and experiences of this postmodern generation.  Here’s one way to begin:
