Lesson Ideas.

1. Listen carefully to the two sound sources (midi and mp3 available)


2. Listen particularly to the bass line. How many        different notes are being used? What order do they follow? Try to trace the bass notes with your hand.


3. Try to follow the bass line of the song using        metalophones or xylophones.


4. Sellect some un-pitched instruments to play along to the tune. Sellect your instruments carefully..


5. Try to organise your percussion arrangements so that you have two distinct sections; one arrangement to accompany the first two verses and a completely  different set of instruments to accompany the    "Stars keep falling" section.


6. If possible, record your performance. Try to think of ways that you can improve it.
