| Groove Lambda Phi was created as a service and education based fellowship. GLPhi looks to promote a positive image of the gay/bisexual males of color, particularly those of Latino descent. The Brothers of Groove Lambda Phi Latino Social Fellowship work to achieve the goals of: 1. Offering gay and bisexual men of color a choice when looking to join the minority Greek-lettered community. 2. Fostering an understanding of culture, history, politics, and most importantly SELF. 3. Opening lines of communication between individuals and communities. 4. Empowerment of our brothers and inspiring them to meet and eventually exceed their personal goals. |
