The BSB exists already since 8 years (or more?). I had never paid a huge attention to their music. Just heard and saw the videos on mtv randomly, and had thought, nice music and they are all good-looking lads. I remember it was 11.Nov. 2000. They were performing their first single "Shape Of My Heart" of the new album Black & Blue live in a game-show on tv in Germany . It was the very first time I'd seen them singing live. I was really impressed! You can say that was Love At First Listening.
After that I have been listening to this new relaesed album Black & Blue
continuously. And in the same time I wanted to know their biography, like how the group had put together or all five lads' background etc, and started searching all the stuff about them. Yeah, almost every little things I wanted to know!
And if there are concerts or reports of them showing on tv, I don't want to miss one out. All I can see here (in Switzerland) on tv until now was: "Home Coming in Orlando"(it was fun to see them on stage.) The Superbowl XXXV where they sang the hymn.
"Men Strike Back" (Sting and BSB singing together and it could harmonize so well!) and some interviews or their live performances of the earlier time. The update news which I can only get are from internet, also the reports of "The Black & Blue World Tour" which showing in the states right now.
I was also totally amazed that BSB are loved by so many people from every corner of the globe and there is no age-limit either. During their promoting trip "Round The World In 100 Hours" of their album "Black & Blue" in these 5 places, there was thousands of fans. The mass hysteria was undiscribable.
Recently I even bought their earlier released
"Backstreets Back" and
"Millennium". Within less than three months I had bought 3 albums of a same band! It has never happened to me. I am sure that is not only because of their music and their looking. It is more than that. You can not explain it just in words.
Perhaps with these three words:
