| This band is one of my favourites and also one of the most important acid jazz bands on the british scene. They are: Scott Addison on keyboard and voice, his twin brother Ben Addison on drums, Simon Nelson Smith on guitar and bassist Richard Searle. Their sound reminds a lot to 60s movie soundtracks, some Steely Dan influences and classic acid jazz. Unfortunately they broke up, their last album called "Quattro" is a live recording from 1994 in Japan, which was released recently in 2001. |
