Verizon Communications, AAA and Others: Advances in Speech Recognition Software Are Extending the Utility of Traditional Applications

Mollie Taylor I am a Sales Data Administrator for a Caterpillar Machinery dealer. My main functions are to write reports, document current processes, as well as provide training on the various programs used by the company. I enjoy reading, traveling, and being with my family and friends. I come from a large family, so there seems to always be someone around. I'm currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and will eventually go on to earn an MBA. As well as my classes at Walden, I am also taking classes to be certified in Six Sigma; which is a process management program. Eventually, I would like to own a consulting firm specializing in process management. Contributions to this project I have been excited to work on this project with my group and found we had several interesting and insightful discussions. I made several discussion contributions in regards to this project. As well as responses to the assigned reading, I offered personal insights.
