Arcelik-Beko has a weakness of predicting demand in a short period of time since demand pattern is so variable in domestic markets.The lack of accurate demand prediction methods causes also an unexpected increase in the finished goods inventory which has a huge cost. In addition to those the highly circulating nature of the domestic market have a bad effect on the firms studies in predicting the demand. Arcelik-Beko has not a good reputation in foreign market since well designed advertising campaigns are not spread sufficiently to the foreign markets.
