YEs Personal Medical Kit

The list below has been compiled with the benefit of past BSES Expeditions to Alaska and other parts of
the world. You are strongly / advised required to take all items, excepting those identified as optional which are up to you. Quantities should be sufficient for your stay in AK so do not take too much more, and take an appropriate alternative if the example is not available, ask your chemist! The doctor will be unable to provide you with more than an emergency "dose" of these items from Expedition of Fire Medical supplies so it is your responsibility to have them. If in doubt ask the doctor!

If you are taking any medication, then you must take enough for the entire expedition, plus 7 days, in addition to one spare set.
