PHOENIX, Ariz.--Senior Theresa LeCuyer (Anoka, Minn.) scored a game-high 26 points on 11-of-16 shooting from the field to lead the UND women's basketball team to a 99-57 win over Grand Canyon University on Friday in the GCU Thanksgiving Invitational tournament.
UND freshman Marisa Leighton (Minnetonka, Minn.) scored 14 points and senior forward Mandy Arndtson (Austin, Minn.) added 12 points as the Sioux upped their overall season mark to 3-0. UND's Janel Palbicki (Bloomington, Minn.) had a game-high 12 rebounds and nine points.
