Moen hit a 3-pointer and Leighton scored on a driving layup and the Sioux had a 7-0 lead at the 18 minute mark. Morningside battled back to close the gap to 14-10, but UND went on a 16-0 run over the next six minutes to go up 30-10. Five Sioux players scored in the run, highlighted by Fleming's two 3-point shots.
