This seminar will cover basic and intermediate level instruction in:
Kansetsu Waza (joint locking techniques)
Kaeshi Waza (reversal techniques)
Kokyu Waza (unification techniques)
Aikido vs. Brazillian Ju-Jitsu
Te-Sabaki (hand movements)
Randori (multiple person attacks)
Bokken (wooden sword) suburi
Kumi-Tachi (paired sword practice)
Please bring your own bokken

Directions to the Drumcliffe School
From the East - take 490 west towards downtown Rochester. Exit at Clinton. Take your first right on to Woodburry. Then take your first left on to Chestnut. You'll go a few blocks and cross Main Street, then a few more and cross Andrews. Take your next left on to Cumberland. You'll pass a church on your right. Pull into the parking lot right after it. The Drumcliffe School is located in the building on the left, on the second floor.
From the South - Take 390 North past the Hyland Drive and Henrietta exits. Take the exit for 590 North. Follow 590 N for about 4.5 miles to 490 West. Take 490 W towards downtown Rochester. Exit at Clinton, and follow directions as above.
From the West - Follwo 490 East towards downtown Rochester. Get in the left hand lane when you see signs for "Inner Loop". Take the "Inner Loop" exit at Scio. Turn left on Scio, then take your first left on to Lyndhurst.
(Do not get back on the Inner Loop). Cross North Street, and you'll be on Cumberland. There will be a church on your right. Pull into the parking lot just after the church. The Drumcliffe School is located in the building
on the left, on the second floor.
