Each bag contains 12 nominal eggs, labeled with the species name, the location and the collecting date.
We always try to include some more if possible, between 15 and 18 to assure a fine birth rate.

Customers should check the eggs in arrival for hatching activity. Eggs are always far enough from end of incubating period (estimated three months) to avoid loss or damage during shipping. Though not common, rough traveling conditions may vary this. Ideal time for shipments are midseasons in both hemispheres, when temperatures are milder worldwide. Regarding to the fact these are not tropical species, hot temperatures can have a worse effect on peats than even the coldest ones. Peat bags should be stored in fresh places, not extremely heated rooms, preferably not near the ceiling, where it accumulates.
They should be wet in soft deionized water or even rainfall one, to allow proper development of fry. After that the procedure should be repeated every other week to maximize the birth rate.

Regular mail is used, so customers shall expect for a week time in USA and Western Europe, and a couple at last in the Far East.
