After years of frustration of not being able to afford the really unique and quality items we saw at faire after faire, we decided to try our hand at making what we wanted. With 15 years of experience in forging blades and making various (and sometimes odd) projects - ie: full scale black powder field atrillery, working ctapults and english longbows - we finally achieved the goal we all search for: really unique costumes, and well-made quality arms and armor. (And this is usually more than the average person wants to carry around for 12 hours at faire!)
The best part of all is that it was a lot cheaper to build it ourselves than buy it, and to have the added satisfaction of having designed it ourselves. Not to mention having the only one like it.
