BURSA - Ozgen Imamoglu - arrested as part of a 'Child Pornography Operation' and fined 1,875 million lira ($1,500) by the Public Prosecutor's Office for the crime of 'trading pornography' - hasn't paid the fine.
Ozgen Imamoglu - currently held in Bursa Prison with the claim that he raped young boys while he was working as a 'psychological advisor' and 'tutor' at the Private 'First Sun' Primary School in Bursa , and sold the photographs which he took on the internet - was fined 1,875 million lira ($1,500) for the crimes of 'trading pornography on the internet'. However, Imamoglu stated - through his lawyer - that he wouldn't pay. Consequently, the Public Prosecutor's Office will open another trial about Imamoglu in the near future. (dha)
