JUNIOR GIRL SCOUTS

Junior Scouts are 8 - 11 years old or in 3rd - 6th grade. Juniors work on Badges and Signs. As part of the natural progression in scouting, Junior may earn the Leadership Pin. The requirements for this helps prepare Juniors for the Silver Award (which they can earn as Cadettes)

Girl Adult Partnership in Planning

As Juniors the girls rely less on the leader for ideas and begin to carry out short-term projects. Girls make simple group decisions. Leaders may introduce the patrol system.
