In a dark time, an epic adventure begins as evil slowly envelops the world! The forces of darkness are pursuing the lost art of ALchemy, and as they draw ever closer to their foul purpose, mankind's future hangs in the balance. You and your companions are the last hope: armed with noble weapons, mysterious Psynergy and a host of elemental creatures, you must find a way to stem the evil tide. Your ordinairy live is over, as a Golden Sun rises above you and forever broadens your horizon!

A FORBIDDEN POWER IS UNLEASHED...

Nestled away at the foot of Mount Aleph, the most sacred peak on the continent of Angara, rests a quiet village called Vale. For ages, the elders of this remote community have been the caretakers of Sol Sanctum - an ancient temple on the mountain's slope that for eons has guarded the seal of the ancient science of Alchemy.

Now, that seal has been broken. A mysterious figure is attempting to release the powers of Alchemy upon the world, a power so great that one who wields its full force can attain any of his heart's desires - countless riches, endless life, even the power to destroy the world. Once the combined power of the four elements - earth, water, wind and fire, which together make up all matter - is unleashed, the world will fall to its knees before the one who wields it. If this horrible fate is to be averted, a brave soul must now arise!

THE GOAL

You, Isaac, and your best friend Garet are now 17 years. Three years ago a terrible storm struck Vale and Isaac lost his father, just like the entire family of Jenna.

After examining the Sol Sanctum, Jenna and Kraden were kidnapped by Alex, Saturos and Menardi, who also stole almost all elemental stars. Surprisingly, Felix - the brother of Jenna - is still alive and it seems he has turned bad!

The world will become one big chaos if all elemental lighthouses will be litted. It's up to you and Garet to save the world as well as Jenna and Kraden. On your quest you will encounter the elemental Djinn - Venus/Earth, Mercury/Water, Mars/Fire & Jupiter/Wind - and meet lots of obstacles and people.

First, a windadept called Ivan (15 years old only), will help you on your quest, as you helped him with getting the Shamans Rod back. Later, Mia (17 years too) will join you too, after you co-operated with her in the Mercury Lighthouse.

On your quest you'll meet people cursed into trees, diseases, lighthouse troubles, weird forests, trials, mining fun, evil, windy and hot deserts, monsters at sea, festivals and there's even a treasure island!

However, it seems that a Jupiter Adept called Sheba has been kidnapped by the same Saturos and Menardi too! The Laliverans are begging you to bring her back. Via the Tunnel Ruins you fight your way to the top of the Venus Lighthouse with all psynergy and all that what is necessary to save Sheba.
You failed stopping lightning the beacon of the Lighthouse, though you've defeated Saturos and Menardi. Sheba and Felix felt into sea and you are about to continue your quest again.... how will this end?
