Alex will drive the remaining soldiers to the right, out of the screen. Kraden says we'd better go to Idejima as soon as possible. Go to the left and you'll meet a guy. Battle him and use your Dragon Flame attack. One hit should do the work.
After you've named Felix and got a long story of refreshing your minds about what happened, you find yourself in the Venus Lighthouse inside the room with the electricity with Jenna, Kraden and Felix. Felix need to go, and he'll asks you to go to the ship near Idejima. Felix 
moves the statue onto the switch and the electricity will go off. After a while, Jenna and Kraden are heading for the exit, as Alex all of sudden warps his self again. A lot of blabla follows, and finally you'll go the stairs leading down. You can now finally control yourself! If I was you, I would save first, so when your batteries are going down, you don't have to repeat all the text again...
Go trough the left door and continue your way all to the south, leading to the exit. You'll see birds on the ground! Continue your way to the south, until you meet some soldiers and other people. Probably they don't want you to go on, but then Alex shows his powers upon the soldiers.

Suhalla Gate
Go to the left and you are immediatly in the Suhalla Gate instead of on the Worldmap first. Go up the stairs and you'll meet a guy again who battles you too. Do the same what you did: one Dragon Flame should do enough. Go on and climb down on the vines, because you can't go to the left (Kraden blocks you again). Go trough the door and you'll enounter three men who are battling you. Three Dragon Flames and you're done. Enter the cave and follow your way. Just before you want to get the Psy Crytal, you get attacked by a monster. You know what you must do... Get the Psy Crystal and exit the cave. You are now on Idejima.
Kraden and Jenna are exploring Idejima and Kraden will jump into the ship, but doesn't know how it works, so they both wait and hope Isaac and co. is allright. Alex comes now too and they all see how the Venus Lighthouse is litted. There's one massive earthquake and eventually Idejima cracked from the continent and starts to drive into sea.... You get the same scene of what we got at the end of Golden Sun. Felix and Sheba are laying unconsious on the beach and Kraden and Jenna asks what happened, as the screen fades and you come into the titlescreen again...
