COMPANY POLICY General Our company have been doing business for the past 8 years since it was established in January 1996 . We remain committed to working diligently with each and every customer. We encourage prospective customers to avail themselves of the extensive information on our web site, phone or email us, visit our store. While it is not for us to presume what a customer may want we do express our concerns if the intended individual application appears doubtful. We work closely with our customers on warranty issues, and for service and repairs. It is our privilege to enjoy a near 100% customer satisfaction rate. PricingOur prices are set to be highly competitive. When comparing price a customer may want to consider what items and services are included. Our prices are set, and the same for all customers. We do not participate in any rebate schemes, and run no sales. We do, of course, reserve the right to change our prices without notice. Return PolicyWe are prepared to expend any reasonable amount of time and effort to assist the customer in making the right choice for him or her. We do not accept the return of a product beyond 1 month.
