Weekdays:
Pax TV |
Players: Crystal and
Tracy Wilson (red), Melissa and Eric Brown (blue), Robin and Cary
Treat (gold).
The opener: Match
colored bags with colored poles. The first
player to get across the line with all six gets 10. It's Blue
with the victory this time.
Melissa and Eric miss
their pre-stunt question, meaning that they have 30 seconds to
collect five gold balls from a sea of red ones using a helmet
basket. They beat the clock for 16 points. Crystal and Tracy miss
their question, meaning that they have 30 seconds to
transfer potatoes via a wrestling suit to a front-stage bucket.
The clock beats them. Robin and Cary get their question, giving them
40
seconds to transfer helum balloons to a mid-air basket without
using their hands or mouths. The clock beats them. At the end of the round,
Blue leads with 26 to Red's and Gold's 0.
Elimination stunt:
Ring toss with butt-mounted dowels. Blue and Red
advance.
Final challenge, as
demonstrated by the BtC stunt team: Wring four footballs into a
trough. Blue gets the
pre-stunt question, and bids 50 seconds to beat the clock. The clock
beats them to win the game for the red team.
In the Swirling
Whirlwind, they grab how-to books, a vacuum, a Borders gift card,
a waffle maker, a vacation in FT. Lauderdale, and $4100 to go home with $7208.

Degeneres, new announcer Jeffrey Tambor ("That Was Then"), Martin Mull, Wayne Brady ("The Wayne
Brady Show"), Joan Rivers, John Ritter ("8 Simple Rules"), Stephen
Collins ("7th Heaven"), Nicole Sullivan ("MadTV"), Cloris Leachman
("Malcolm in the Middle").
Dominick Morra, last
season's champ with $26,000, and Rachelle Holden kick off the
Squares' fifth season. But Rachelle would strike first in a long
first round, capturing Jeffrey, Ellen, and Nicole after a failed
block to win $1000.
Added to the Secret
Square from last season is a car stereo equipment package with DVD
player. Dominick starts with Cloris Leachman. Dominick captures
Wayne, Cloris, and John to tie the game. However, the Secret
Square, Jeffrey, remains unclaimed.
Dominick starts with
Stephen Collins. Rachelle only captures two squares to ewalk away
with $2000 total. Dominick wins $2500 total to defend his
championship.
The new bonus round is
a throwback to the 80's version of sorts, as Dominick must pick a
car key to start a new car. In this case, it's a T-Bird. The
player must agree or disagree with a statement about a star. If
successful, one bad key is removed. Dominick gets one right for
$500, but he chooses the wrong key.
Champ: Dominick Morra -
$29,000.
Quote of the day:
Tom: What is Mr. Rogers' first name?
Jeffrey: Unfortunately, Ginger.

Jeopardy!. Kandace has second with $12,200. Richard is in third
with $3000.
The clue in the

it right, but Tom wagers conservatively to win it.
