GSGS Employee Survey Results




Job Challenge and Satisfaction was given the 3rd highest level of
agreement with 35.98% of affirmative responses.

The strongest areas of agreement appear to be on items related to job
definition and overall job strategy/relationship to mission (#4, #20, #88).

Also reported are positive experiences of "enjoyment" , "accomplishment"
and the view that skills and talents are generally utilized.

The comments also reflect generally positive views of this category as well.
Concerns lie in the area of job breadth, whereby respondents report that they
are not challenged to the point of gaining new competencies and opinions are
split as to the accuracy of formal job descriptions.
