Creativity and Decision Making is the category with the 2nd highest level of
agreement with 37.76% of respondents rating items with 'SA' or 'A' values.

Based on the individual item ratings, respondents concluded that they have
acceptable involvement in making work-related decisions and minor process
improvements. They also feel they have adequate authority to execute their
jobs.

Respondents reported that they work in a generally innovative environment and
utilize many of their talents and skills but were split about whether or not they
have an opportunity to think and act creatively on ideas.
