

GSGS Employee Survey Results

Quality and Customer Service was the category ranked 4th
(32.64% agreement) among respondents.
Among the most favorable items were those addressing work
unit quality, having high standards, and knowing how individual
jobs serve customers (#8, #92, #40, #76).
The group was very neutral about the GSGS drive for quality
improvement (#55) and there is some concern that the school
does not emphasize customer service and compassionate
treatment of customers such as students and instructors (#16).
