Recognition and Performance Reviews is rated 10th with 18.02%
respondent agreement.
While employees agree that they play an active role in setting
performance goals, they are uncertain that they receive effective
performance reviews and feedback (#6).
Respondents generally agree that supervisors praise good work
but they also agree that the school demonstrates limited demand for
ensuring employees are productive (#42).
Items and comments alike are mixed to negative about the
"meaningful" quality of recognition ("a pin every 5 years…").
