GSGS Employee Survey Results

Internal Structure and Process is rated 7th with 23.29% of
respondents reporting positive concurrence with most items.

Generally the responses and comments are mixed and tend
to present 4 sets of paradoxical views.
  1. While senior staff is seen as interested and supportive
in creating strong processes (#31), they are also
viewed as ill informed or unaware of the processes (#3)
    required to be more effective.

  2. There is agreement that having efficient systems is important
(#50), but the strategies and actions for assessing and
changing processes is unclear and unsystematic (#10, #73).

  3. Respondents agree that process changes are necessary
but report confusion about who is to lead/act in service of
    that goal (#45, #73, #44).

  4. While there is a view that processes etc. are not understood
and communicated there is also a positive sense that "we" as
a school are able to be "resilient" in the face of such difficulty
    (comments).
