GSGS Employee Survey Results




Teamwork, rated 6th with 25.24% of respondent agreement, might
have been rated higher if not for split and negative views cross-work
group interaction (#38, #94).

While the character of the comments reflect generally positive views
of teamwork and respondents mainly agree in about good intra-work
group cooperation,supervisor involvement and realistic expectations,
there seems to be concern that teamwork across work groups* is
poor and that teamwork in that arena is not a GSGS priority.
